The specific thesis topic to be addressed during her research stay at the IEE- ULB under the supersision of Professor Martin Deleixhe consists of an analysis of the current Dublin System, essentially the case law review of the CJEU in relation to the regulation establishing the criteria and mechanisms for determining the member state responsible for examining an application for international protection, specifically Regulation (EU) No. 604/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council. This analysis will allow to observe the adequacy and appropriateness of the New Pact on Migration and Asylum in relation to the Court’s interpretation of this Regulation.
