Register for IEE-ULB – the different steps

IEE-ULB offers several Masters and Specialized Masters that are open to students from Belgium, Europe or outside of the EU (assimilated or not). Registration varies according to your profile, but you need to follow the registration calendar:

  • European candidates: registration from April to September
  • Candidates from outside of the EU: applications start in February.

ULB students can apply for re-registration through the online MONULB portal.

Accommodation at IEE-ULB – the options

There are several options available at IEE-ULB: university or private residences, or staying off-campus. If you would like a room in one of the university residences, get more information in the Housing office. 

Contact the Housing Office  can provide more information on other accomodation options.

Staying healthy

The ULB Health Service is available for IEE-ULB students and offers health care that can be fully reimbursed by  healthcare funds. For all information and appointments, please contact the Medical Service.

Studying – a universal right

IEE-ULB is accessible to people with reduced mobility and the visually impaired. Support is offered to students with specific needs.

Eating out at the ULB and the surrounding area

With your student card, you can take benefit from of the university restaurants on the campus, at a very reasonable fee.

There are also lots of easy options for eating in the in the Solbosch district. There are several sandwich and snack shops, a Fairtrade Oxfam shop, and other commercial outlets. Find out more about leisure options in our campuses. 

Enjoy sports at IEE-ULB to stay in shape

IEE-ULB students have access to sports organised by ULB Sports. Train at competitive rates and take advantage of the various facilities: tennis and basketball courts de tennis, but also yoga classes, weight rooms, among other options.
