The progression towards a more stable, extensive and responsive EU budget

The thematic chapter on “Europe and the economy” continues this week with an article by Paul Dermine, Professor of European Law at CDE, ULB. 

According to Prof. Dermine the EU budget has, through the recent crises the Union has been confronted to, gained in flexibility and reactivity, to become one of the main vehicles of the political action of the Union.
