About the EU-Japan Forum 2023
This annual conference on EU-japan affairs is co-organized by the Institut d’études européennes of the Université libre de Bruxelles and Waseda University. This year it will include a series of scientific panels focusing either on comparative analyses of the EU and Japan, or on the institutional and policy content of the EU-Japan interregional relationship itself.
Scheduled contributions will be in the fields of Comparative Politics (2 panels), International Relations (2 Panels) EU Studies (2 Panels), and Law (2 Panels).
The event will also include a Book launch session aimed at presenting three recent publications on EU and Japanese affairs.
