Advanced Master in Interdisciplinary Analysis of European Integration
The objective of the Advanced Master in Interdisciplinary Analysis of European Integration is to enable graduates from diverse backgrounds to enhance their competences by adding a high level of expertise on European integration, especially external dimension, focused on the central theme of "The European Union in the world." The multidisciplinary approach that characterizes the Advanced Master combines the historical, economical, legal and policical dimensions that are essential to the overall understanding of that theme.
The structure of the Advanced Master is built around five themes:

A core of required courses or seminars on European identity and Europe in the world (25 ECTS)

Participation in a directed collective projects that can be either through the organisation of a conference, an exhibition or other event or by analysing of a topical political issue, related to European construction (4 ECTS)

5 ECTS to be chosen in a block of options consisting of core courses on European integration, to allow students to update their knowledge in EU disciplines, should they not be specialised in EU affairs.

6-9 ECTS to be chosen in a block of options consisting of courses related to the theme "European Union in the World"

A Master thesis (15 ECTS) and seminar preparating of this work (5 ECTS). The Master thesis consists of a research project, analyzing in detail a theoretical question that can, if necessary , also analyse practical aspects related to European studies.
The Advanced master prepares students for careers within the European, national or local institutions, business, professional associations, interest groups or NGOs, or in the press and public relations.
