The conflict between Israel and the Palestinians is one of the most challenging foreign policy issues confronting European Union. The lecture will examine critically EU’s policy from the 1993 Oslo Accord to the present. It will cover both the politics of foreign aid to the Palestinian Authority and Europe’s role in the Middle East peace process.

The lecture will be followed by a reception.
