Internship offers

Internship offers are meant to help students in thei research and are uploaded on the virtual university (code STAG-O600 for the advanced master in interdisciplinary analysis of EU integration, code DROI-O621 for the advanced master in EU law, code TRAN-O501 for the master in European studies).

Student secretariat opening hours

Every day from 9am to 12am (corridor on your right after the IEE entrance).


Premises and material rental

For all equipment request for a class, a conference, an event or other, please contact Françoise VANDEN BROECK. Attention, no computer will be lended by the IEE. 

Please note that every use of premises by ULB internal or external persons entails the obligation to put the premises back in the exact state where it was lended (furniture location, tidiness, glass empyting), or an additional billing will be charged to the user. Besides, the IEE staff remains at your disposal for all information request before and during the event but is not bound to prepare the room and put it back in order. The IEE staff can bring you a logistical and communications support during the organisation of your event but it has to be "labelled" IEE event by the IEE authorities beforehand, to the condition that it is related to EU studies and that its organisation respects some psteps predefined by the IEE. Libraries and study rooms

The Institute library, called "Centre de documentation européenne", is located in the Central Library of Human Sciences (Building NB), 4th floor, room 4.158.

Access the Center website

Mrs Véronique Kubben remains available there if needed.

Opening hours are the same than Central Library ones.

Computers are available for students in rooms located in the corridor linking the Janson building to the Law Faculty (Building H).

Besides Central Library study rooms, the ULB also allocates complementary rooms during exams. Do not hesitate to watch the video below to learn more about those opportunities.
