This Doctoral Seminar is organised in the framework of the 15th edition of the Odysseus Summer School on European Law and Policy on Immigration and Asylum. Please note that the Summer School is also accessible to persons who are not doing a PhD. This summer school is given by academics among the best specialists in the field coming from all EU Member States, and by high-ranking officials from the European Institutions (Commission, Parliament, Council). The Summer School provides the opportunity to tackle the most recent developments in a unique European environment and to network with one hundred participants active in the field. Over the last 14 years, it has gathered around 1700 people from diverse nationalities and backgrounds (national, european and international civil servants, NGOs’ representatives, lawyers, professors, researchers, PhD candidates, judges, social workers, advanced students, etc.). To enable participants living in Brussels in full-time employment to attend, the classes are mainly held in the afternoon. Each course is given separately in French OR in English.
